24five: 2011

It all started...

quite a few years ago. I was blogging about my week, a particularly bad one. Somewhere in the middle of my ranting I wrote "I know it's impossible to be happy 24/seven but I would be ok with just being happy 24/five". For some reason that blog post has always stuck in my head and before long I came up with the idea for this blog. Taking pictures isnt a job to me, it's part of my heart and soul. It's my opportunity to stop time so people can hold on to that moment forever. It makes me smile, excites me so much I can't sleep some nights and best of all...it makes me happy.

Five days a week I will post one photo. It may not always be the best photo or the most interesting subject but it's still me picking up a camera,stopping time and doing something that I love. And who knows, maybe in the process I will become an even better photographer.

This is me and my attempt at being happy 24/five.
